2001 yz 250 keeps fouling plugs, I just got done rebuilding the entire engine. If its happening randomly, I often suspect electrical. It might just be that a "fresh" plug will fire your mixture, but a run-in one won't, even if the plug is good. It has stock jettiting and everything and i cleaned carb and airfilter.
